Hi, I’m Kellie — founder of This Inspired Life.

This space was born from a major life transformation. After choosing sobriety and rediscovering who I really am, I felt a calling to help other parents, creatives, and changemakers step into their purpose — with clarity, courage, and creativity.

I’m a mom of two amazing kids, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes that empowered families raise future-ready kids. Through a mix of practical tools, soulful guidance, and a whole lot of heart, I create digital products to help parents support their children, navigate ADHD, understand tech like AI, and reconnect with their own dreams.

This Inspired Life is about more than just products — it’s about progress.
It’s about living more intentionally, growing through what we go through, and becoming the example we want our kids to follow.
